Obd0 to Obd1 injectors

My buddy has a set of RC injectors that he took off his 93 integ Obd1 and I was wondering if they would be compatible with Obd0 91 Integ. I read somewhere that they are but they need the OBD0 clips is that true?

just take the resistor box out, and they will work obd0.
