Re: obd0 to obd1 conversion harness excel files
Is this only for HF/Si's? so do a MPFI swap then this should work for you... :-* |
Re: obd0 to obd1 conversion harness excel files
DPFI is a 5 pin square plug... with no TDC or CYP wires.. the MPFI plug is a 7 pin round plug that includes those two wires.

Damn, this thread is very informative. I just printed out like 30 pages of info and pinout diagrams.

I have an 89 dx shell that I'm putting a Z6 and my turbo kit into. I'm planning on doing a dpfi obd0 ---> mpfi obd1 swap, with Uber for fuel management/vtec. I have the complete DX harness. I have the complete Z6 with all sensors, dizzy, 02, engine subharness. I was planning on using the Z6 engine harness unmodified, except running resistors in line to the injectors so I can use my DSM 450s. I was just going to modify the DX harness that runs from the ECU to the bigass plug in the engine bay. I still need a obd-1 ecu, and assted plugs. Are the plugs from any 92-95 the same? I can use any OBD-1 ecu, correct? (PR4/P05/P06/p75) Just chip it? I'm heading to the yard, and want to make sure I get the right stuff. There are only a couple of EGs in there. Sorry for the newbie questions. |
Re: obd0 to obd1 conversion harness excel files
I have this problem: I have a TD60U OBD1 dizzy from 92-95 prelude. I'd like to make a coversion harness from OBD1 distributor to OBD0 Si engine harness.
Here are my colors: http://www2.arnes.si/~mjereb2/WIREcolors.JPG Somebody once wrote: First you have 7 wires to use. Left side is OBD-0, right side is obd-1/2. The colors give will be the factory Civic wire colors.
