I dont believe the Batronix burner will do the 27SF512 chips which sucks

 

I know it's old news, I'm just surprised that the supply dried up so quick. I guess we chipping people and our 500 or so chips are insignificant to them.

I just picked up 25 from a company in the USA. That was their last 25. That should do me for this season. I guess with my romulator I should just start using burn once chips.

no, you just have to change the vcc settings to 15v

i thought so. just about every burner i checked in to supported it.

 

hrm...i thought i remember reading someone who had to bend up pins and all sorts of weird things with the batronix to actually get it to work...
