Default Nitrous and GhettoDyne ?????

ok my question is do i need engine management like ghettodyne or zdyne. im debating between 75 and 100 shot...but can ghettodyne support 75 shot and 100 shot ? cause if it can support 100 shot im all for it but if it doesnt then i would opt. for the 75 shot because i hear there really isnt a whole lot of difference between the two.

Ghettodyne does not support nitrous.

You can make Ghettodyne support nitrous if you are crafty enough, and are willing to learn a few tricks.

I have an as-of-yet untested nitrous system laying on my floor... 450cc injectors, 27C512 EPROMs, high speed bounceless IC relay, and a bunch of RPM/window switches. You can have the opamp and rpm switch chips sent to you in sufficient quantity (5) from national semi as free samples. Set the RPM switches up to cut on and off the nitrous flow depending on RPM and/or VSS, the opamp to detect whether or not you are at WOT.

If you search the forums at PGMFI you'll see how to set up a 27C512 or 29C512 as a dual program chip that you can switch back and forth between stock NA and nitrous tunes. Use the same input that controls nitrous solenoid to activate the bounceless IC relay that switches programs for you.

www.nitrous.info is your friend.

Feel free to ask a few Q's... I'm here to help... twice a week for five minutes with my current schedule, but for that period of time I'm all love.
