NG5 for TE2 - significant bugfixes!!! (Also beta 2bar/3bar support)

http://www.pgmfi.org/phorum/read.php?f=12&i=3331&t=3331

The bottom line is that boost should behave like it should in NG5, instead of all ass backwards as was the case in NG4.

I'll be around for training tonight to answer more questions, and hope to have the 3bar / 2bar bins that people have been requesting ready by that point.

what was fixed with this one? cuz my car still doesnt have a stable idle, and still gets a code everytime i let the engine slow me down...

i did notice a diff with the maps, seems smoother, but didnt get to test much cuz it was going a little too lean before boost :o so i need to do a little work on my maps...

I'm not understanding what the ng5 is. Is it like a new updated version of TE and we just save the maps under the new ng5 or what?

its the code behind the maps...TE is the same....your maps are the same...you just export your maps onto the new NG5...

unfortunately, due to the coding error present in earlier versions of the NG code, the boost maps will work radically different now - like they should.

TurboHF, you might want to check out the .exp I posted too - its what's in my car. I'm currently getting ~26mpg, passed emissions and idle rock solid around 800rpm w/ turbo LS in CRX. Boost tuning is crappy still. Your tune posted on PGMFI was WAY rich for me. like 10s-11s.

ohhh working very goood... good job! freakin geniusessess

tested one yesterday but made a few mistakes on the maps and it buckled...accidently left one of the values at 0 ooops. just finished another file and did a quick launch and ran really well, just need to test it on the highway and at the street races hehe

once again my hat goes off to you guys thanks

your tune is rich for me also? and not sure if it the tune or the code (i assume the code) but on decel its rich? like 13's for a couple of seconds before it goes lean?? shouldnt it just go lean?
