Default Newbe: Jeep 2.5 Turbo Help!

Hi, first post. Just read the "read this first" but still found some things confusing or not applicable to my application. I'm turboing a 95 2.5L wrangler with a t3 from an 85 mustang and my kit is about 90% complete.
2 questions:
How do you install fuel injectors? Tried putting in my 36lb venom set and found out that the injectors are TERRIBLE to put back in even with a lubricant. I got the one i took out back in but ended up shaving the o-ring.
What is another good way to adjust A/F ratios? I bought an adjustable MAP sensor from Rock-It and its adjustibility sucks! I found it to be very finniky and a waste of $75. Any help would be appreciated.

Use oil or grease to get the injectors to slide in more easily...

Look into the AFC for controlling fuel on your car, although with your Jeep (MAP) you may get into addition of timing like we do with hondas. Rocking an FMU might not be a bad option

Vasoline works great or KY Is your Jeep a return fuel system? My buddy has a TJ 2.5 we want to boost and I thought of using a FMU but i believe it is non return.SAFC would be cheapest option or a SDS,Split Second unit etc.Got anyu pics of this setup?

I think all the 2.5L Jeeps had fuel returns due to them having 2 lines going into the fuel rail. As for an FMU, I dont think they will work due to the cheap one thats on the fuel rail. I'll have to research that later. If i figure out our new camera i'll post some pics.
