Default new tuning problems

ok heres the low down...got a 91 accord 2.2L f22a engine, using a chipped p06 on uber, 450's, t3/t04e turbo, laptop and the zeitronix wb, and etc.
Problems are:

- Idle a/f is 10.6-10.7 but it doesn't puff out black smoke nor do i smell raw gas like i should at that a/f ratio. Idle used to make black smoke but i was able to control and get rid of that. Wb still says 10.6-10.7 a/f's

- Cruising a/f's get into 9:1-10.6 a/f's. Going through this 93 octane like whoa!

- WOT a/f's are good from idle to about 3700rpm...usually start at 11:1 and end at about 12.2 a/f's. At about 3700rpm the rpm's start to slow down alot and the a/f's
climb into the 13's. Then at 3900rpm (when i finally get there) i get this wicked backfire and the a/f's jump to 14-16's. I can't rev past 4000 rpm without backfiring

I do the obvious and lean out the fuel matrix a bit for cruising sections...nothing changes...leaned it out more...still nothing changes. Now when i keep leaning it out it does a dramatic change and i get this lawnmower sound out of the motor. Something like only 2 cylinders are active.

So i'm stuck and frustrated with this thing. I'm thinking the fuel pump might be giving up on me and thats whats causing the dramatic increase of the a/f's at 3900-4000rpm. But what about these idle and cruising a/f's If i'd chipped the ecu wrong it'd mess up instantly right? The file i created is able to be opened directly and not imported (not sure if that matters). It doesn't feel as sluggish as it should at those a/f's. But the spark plugs turn black and need to be changed about once a day. Once again no matter what i do with the map it doesn't change the a/f's

I would also like to ask where most everyone's timing is when they enter boost. Mine is around 29-30 degrees right. now

If anyone wouldn't mind sharing their boosted maps with me i'd greatly appreciate it

sounds like you just need to tune your fuel map some more. what's the duty cyle of the injectors look like?

no what i'm saying is even tho i would change many values drastically the problem still persisted and the a/f's remained constant. Injector duty cycle at the time of backfire is 18.10 and the highest duty cycle is 43 at 11psi and 8000rpm (which i'll never hit). Oh...only boosting 5 psi right now.
