Default New fuel pump=problem?

What I had:
stock fuel pump
FMU
SAFC
b&M FPR
450 injectors
12psi
(Ran Great, no CEL)

Changed:
Replaced- stock fuel pump with boschur racing 190 fuel pump
Removed- FMU

Problem:
At full throttle in the higher rpm range it leans out and the map sensor CEL (code 3) comes on and it runs like crap. I tried adjusting the safc a/f setting and the fpr and nothing seemed to help. I also tried with and without the missing link which is suposed to prevent a map sensor CEL from coming on and tried two diff. sets of 450s to make sure it wasent and injector problem and also tryed a couple diff. ECU's. Any sugestions on what to do would help, thanks!

get uberdata or turboedit.
The missing link doesn't prevent a CEL, it fools the Map sensor...it's just like a expensive an more accurate one way valve thing. It has it's limits
