need help with basemap

have tried several and can not get the damn thing to boost above or fire boost above 4000rpm wtf if anyone has a basemap for a d16a6 obd1 with vitaras help please

Sounds to me like your car is running in limp mode. Do you have any cels? If you do, I bet it is a solid cel.

nope no limp mode just bad ignition breakup when boost comes on, will rev out until the engine starts to see positive pressure and runs like crap;

no switched to header today and it runs fine through the hole rpm range definitely a problem when the ecu starts to see positive pressure/
