Need a chip.....anyone?

Well, the local guy who I paid to have a chip made for me has failed to respond to a single email for the past 2 months, and my car is currently being driven daily, boosted on stock management and stock injectors.

I don't care what program is used, just something to make it work without going ping,pop or boom.
