Your talking about in the rev limits tab correct? the values only change after saving and then reopening. i susally set the cuts to 6980 and the resumes to 6890 (for my LS) the values end up being 6999 and 6896. try and jsut set the values below what you want then save and then reopen adn see where they are at. when closing jsut make sure no to save and then when changins somehting make sure you reenter the values in the rev tab before saving.

Crome is better in every way, period.
The only reason I use uberdata is because I can datalog with it for free. As soon as I get some skrilla I'm upgrading to Crome Pro and saying "---- you bitch!" to all of the pain in the *** quirks of uberdata.
When you use Crome, you don't need to ask a million questions to figure everything out, it's pretty intuitive.
And, you can talk to the creator of the program.

The only reason crome is better is the more support there is for it. Uberdata is a very good rom editiing tool. And you guys do know that everything that gets implemented into crome gets ported to uber like a week later anyway, if somone feels generous enough to use it.
But for the beginer crome, with all the how tos and writes up on how to use it, it is the obvious choice. I still use uberdata with all the updated scripts and love it.
Just one example. This weekend I started my drag car up, 990cc injectors. Crome would start it up, but it would run like complete ---- and shut right off. I had to add a TON of fuel to the idle and part throttle maps to even get it close.
Uberdata started right up and idled fine.. it too needed fuel but nothing like crome did.
Crome just had never liked me, but I still use it on a lot of things. I just find it to be a pain in the *** sometimes with all the new updates and modifiers that it can be a little more of a pain in the *** than good for a while. But once everything works out. Crome is the way to go. But there is NO reason to say anything bad about uberdata if you keep up to date with it. It is very hard to stay up to date with both rom editors. So just pick what you prefer and use it. They bot work great.
And BTW chris nice write-up.
