if they mess with the program a little before they put you on the dyno and start the clock so that they get a feel for it, there's no reason why they shouldn't be able to get a good tune in an hour, especially if they have a romulator and don't have to keep pulling the chip to reburn it. the first time i dyno tuned a car it took about an hour and half, and that was with no romulator :P
