Lean out issue

Default Lean out issue

My biggest problem is i lean out when i go above 40 mph, rpms dont matter i can sit in 1st gear at 8k (hypothetical) and it still runs rich/stoiche (sp) but as soon as i hit 40 mph lean to were it wont read.

1995 ls motor, ecu
1992 civic hatch

lmk whut u think my cause would be for it cus im stumped

you need to tune the car, is this NA or turbocharged?
