LEAN!! Car Goes Lean!! Cant Richen It Up. Cells Not Adjusting!!
I thought I found the culprit to this problem earlier last week when I swapped out my adjustable B&M FPR.
Took me a while to get the car running flawless and perfect under vacuum and today I tried some boost tuning. Did a run that should have been nice and rich and the air fuels just climb rapidly after 3800 or so rpm
The motor is a d16a6, forged pistons and rods and a lot of headwork. T3 .60/.63 turbo pushing 15psi. DSm 450cc injectors, new walbro high flow pump, gm 3 bar
I figured I was maxing the injectors out and then I turned down the boost to about 7psi, went for a run and right at about 3800-4000 rpm again (4th gear) the air fuel on the wideband just started rising again. They hit 13:1 and I cut it
The fuel cells in TE are maxed 20.62 in boost, the air fuels still skyrocket
What could possibly be the problem?
EDIT:
Car goes lean still, fresh ng60 map made by xenocron hiself, ran it as a basemap like he gave me and I got a lean reading, maxed out the ceels and it stayed lean, no changes. Need some help

Well, I'm leaning more toward the 3bar map sensor but theres quite a few other possibilities as well. Are you positive it's a GM 3bar or equivalent? What is your fuel pressure set at and is it keeping up or dying off under boost? Try tuning smaller ammounts of boost (like you had been) and working up from there. Don't jump right into the 15psi, but gradually work your way up to it. I'm wondering what might happen if you plug your stock MAP sensor back in and try tuning for 7 psi or so. See if it's still leaning out.

Pretty sure it actually is a 3bar map sensor, idles on 3 bar code and such, bought it from a Tuner
I dont know about the fuel pressure keeping up as I dont have a gauge mounted and how would I tell if it stays under the engine bay?

Well short from duct taping a good buddy to the underside of your hood and keeping an eye on it for you, the next safest way I can see would be a dyno. IS there anyone in your area who can help you tune it out or troubleshoot the problem?

No sir
Not a single person I know of within hundreds of miles of me could touch this car
I picked up a fuel filter just now, but I highly doubt thats the problem right? Would that possibly cause it? I have no idea the last time it was changed, Ive had the car for 2 years and maybe 10k miles total driven.

I bought a Equuis fuel pressure tester gauge and took a extra fuel feed line i had from a Civic and spliced it in.It is long enough to stick out of the hood and i had it ziptied to the windshield wiper so i could go for a test drive to watch fuel pressure.Kinda gettho but works good to monitor fuel pressure while ripping under load.

Injectors were cleaned before installing, obivously werent new though
I dont have a fuel pressure gauge, I do have some standard gauges though 0-100psi I believe I could possibly hook up
Need more info, help
