i just got my moates burner yesterday and am waiting on my new chips so i can burn beerbong's tune for my motor . My p28 is already socketed. I tried using the other chips I already had with some na programs on them, but they can't be burned with my burner. It can only read them.

 

i ordered a ton of the 74hc373 chips from digikey so if anyone needs some let me know...

 

skittle, what engine you running? i just discovered that i have to convert to 2 wire iacv. obd2b-obd1 harness is set up for y8 5 speed with 2 wire iacv. luckily i haven't removed the afc or btm yet. i installed the chipped p06 tonight and discovered the high, bouncy idle and cel 14=iacv. luckily i already installed the y8 intake manifold and kept the iacv for it.

 

So, racinskittle what is the update?

i have a OBD 2, but i will change it to OBD-1 if i have to.

 

how do you like the 60/63? what rpm do you see boost and achieve full mast? (max boost)

 

if you are talking to me:

full boost at about 4700-5000 rpm, starts to spool at 3000 rpm.

it is ok, good to have IF you plan to do some MAJOR engine upgrades (internal parts).
