I think stock '95 injectors are 21lbs?
Some good info here:http://www.jeep4.0performance.4mg.com/tech_specs.html
I've contemplated a setup like that too, and I think an afc+fmu would work, at least the afc u can add or cut fuel where u want to help fend off pinging.

Stockers are 19 I think. I am getting some 36#er's this week or next. So it will be 36# injectors, VAFC minus the Vtack, and the BTM. It should work fine.

sounds like it should work fine as long as your are not running in 100+ temps, at that point it sounds like you will need some timing retard to make it run, at least that is the little bit i have gleaned from doing some reading. Though I think a lot of the problems that the person is having, is that it is running lean in boost.

I think that MS is the way to go though, so you have timing control.

BTM=Boost timing master. It retards per pound up to 5 degrees per lbs I believe.

I'm hoping that stuff is all really cheap, the one guy on pirate spent almost as much on an msd timing retard setup as MS would have been.

My MSD BTM is new in the box= $60
VAFC used from D-series.org=$85
Injectors Im still hunting but figure=$170

The injectors I would need anyway. Its A LOT easier to wire up and AFC and a BTM than to get my jeep running on MS. I would go with a FTC1 split second unit or an AEM FIC before MS.

There is no room for this turbo. That is why no one really does this. It will be 10lbs of ---- in a 5lbs bag. I have seen a few that are setup similar to the way Im going to do itand its supper tight. Everything will need to be wrapped and the turbo will be bagged as well. I think I am also going to move the ECM from the inner fender to the firewall.

The turbo is going to be a Ching Chong T3/TO4E .48/.60 It should be full 8lbs spool under 2k. I mainly just rock crawl with this so Im not concerned with it dying off up top. This truck has never been tached out.
