The car is my 99 ex but now has a y7 in it n/a. ObdI swap pretty much stock, alteast
as far as the motor goes. Well here is the problem, i just swaped my y8 intake manifold
back on there and i crank it up. Code 16 (fuel injector) so i figure out it was the fuel injector
on #1 cyl. Now here is where your brain will take a dump!!!

Things i have tried:

Changed fuel injector
Checked volatge at injector plug
Changed ecu
Ran a new wire from fuel injector to ecu
