idle/temp. problem

idle/temp. problem
I installed a P28 chipped ecu to my 94 integra gsr, i have stage 2 crower cams and valve spring and retainers, cold air intake, straight pipes, and a new radiator. when i start my car and the engine is cold the idle jumps to 2.5k on the tach, then it drops back down to 2k. once my car warms up the idle drops. then when i drive my car the temp goes all the way back down to the Cold line, and i mean right on the cold line, its like my car just sat for a few hours. then once my car is cold the idle goes back up to 2k. but if i just sit in a parking lot and let my car idle the the temp goes up to normal and the idle drops to like 800. if anyone has any idea why this happens please let me know.

i think the key words are "a new radiator".
there have been posts about air in the coolant system. you have to bleed it.
i had a similar problem and it turned out to be the fast idle valve under the throttle body. i swapped another one in and the problem was gone.
