What software version are you using?

 

traceminister says its a moates burner i dont know for sure. i am using .97ja. i didnt quite get the steps on your sight. the w27cxx chip i couldnt find?? if you could help me out i would greatly appreciate it.

 

For the SST chips...its under:

EPROM Electrical Erase --> SST27SFxxx --> SST27SF512

 

thats exactly what i do to get that chip up

 

Then set up the DIP switch like it shows...

Then set up the Jumper (top middle of picture) like it shows. (For Programming)

Now to erase te 27SF, you need to add a jumper (like it shows on the PCB board picture, not in software)

You might have to erase 1st before burning

 

i dont understand what jumper to add, the two yellow ones are installed what and where is the third. (like it shows on the PCB board picture, not in software) what do you mean by that.
