i can't download uberdata?

it won't work on the site can anyone upload it and let me download it?...if you need to use www.yousendit.com thanks

go to pgmfi's site and download. when i went the the uber site it kept saying "page cannot be displayed"

i got it

...now i just need the chip burner...and i can reprogram the chip without removing it right?...like from a laptop in my car?...
