how would i set vafc on non vtech

Default how would i set vafc on non vtech

i have a 95 integra ls. boosting 8 psi. would the safc and the vafc be different. what would i put in the high and low

i dont know first hand but many have said its fine. i'd assume you just use the low. if you have a choice, just get the safc unless you plan to go vtec in the future, it has an extra sensor which i think you can monitor the af with.
