Default how to chip

i need to learn how to chip my ecu. what is the programs which avaliable. and how many program shall i use to chip the ecu . and where can i download it from the internet and what is the best program can i use to burn my eprom ?i need to learn step by setp. and very thanks for the person who will attend to me.
