Hitting fuel cutoff

How much damage will fuel cutoff do under 8-9psi of boost?

Ya not a good thing to be doing every time you shift, but I banged mine all the time, especially when the tire break loose in full boost.

Im asking cuz I break traction bad & 1st & 2nd gear just pegs fuel cut off....
