Default no spark!!

My friend just swapped an engine into his 97 integra..same ecu and same dizzy that worked before..but now no spark.
He bought a new ecu and dizzy from a junk yard and still no spark. What should i look for next? Grounds and fuses? Wiring shortages? Any ideas would help..thanks guys

Worked before as in, it's been sitting for awhile or taken from a running car. My igniter spontaniously stop working after sitting for a few months. Also, if there's a redish brown dust in the dist. the bearings are bad. First get a known good ECU in there. Test the igniter and coil. If there ok check blown fuses. If there's no blown fuses, start check the wiring for continuity.

Check the fuses, make sure you have 12v to the coil and injectors, is the ecu being turned on? did you plug everything in, is the main grounds on the thermostat housing hooked up? Check and see what you have and dont have......spark, injector pulse, fuel pressure.
