hello i got a 96 civic dx with a t3 turbo setup

I had 450cc correctinjectors with safc and my car starts once and the second time my safc works at the same fuel correction and just wouldn;t start , if you push the gas and it will start like a boat and sounds like a 2 stroke motor and running so rich, then later I put my 270cc LS injectors it works fine with my safc.and then if you put the 450cc injectors back on the car it will start up right the first time but not the second time, which I have no idea why. I also got a map sensor code said something like high map sensor voltage but the car runs fine when I had the 450cc or the 270cc on. any sugguestion?
