Default Help me burn AT29C256 chips with willem enhanced burner

I know you dont like questions about willem burners but I need help. I cannot find exact instructions on how to burn and erase chips with this burner, its the enhanced NOT the dual power and I am working with AT29C256 chips.

It did not come with any jumpers and I dont even know where to put them if I had them, the program is confusing and hard to understand.

1. which jumpers need to be on/off, there is J3 next to the switchboard and the one just above the chip socket?
2. which of those three buttons just above the socket does what?
3. can I use this burner with just the USB cord because I dont have a serial port on my laptop big enough to be used with the cord supplied.

any and all help would be appreciated, if someone had figured this out with these chips please let me know how you do it.

thank you and I already know most of you will say "throw that ---- away and buy a moates" so there will be no need for that. lol

oh yeah wtf is the ICSIP and does it need to be jumped?
