RECEIVED my rom editor from moates having difficulty programing any chips or wondering if the thing is accually working

 

Did you use the instruction on the moates site?

(On the moates site, left hand side kind of twards middle/bottom of page it has instructions)

When you want to see if it is working go to the Flash and burn and hit check blank. if it says chip is blank or not blank then you know the burner is working.

If it is not working it will give you some sort of error.

 

Make sure you have the chip in right. With the arm on top the chip should go all the way at the bottom with the notch pointing up towards the arm.There should be a gap between the arm and the chip of a few slots.
