uber down load question

uber down load question
some one correct me if im wrong but before I can start tuning my car with my uber kit I first have to down load the uber program on my laptop so that when I plug my ---- up into my p75 the the uber screen will show up.right? I went to the sight but Im not sure which program to down load since theres a few.1.65 1.65, repack1,2,3,1.65 original etc.can some one tell me which one.It migh be a stupid question but I,d like to get it right the first time
