Default Gap on ngk bkr7e

i just got new plugs for my turbo d16y7.i got the ngk bkr7e which are the 2 step colder plugs.my question is what should i gap them at should i set them to the stock gap or a lil bigger or smaller gap.Thanks for the help guys

if there is no number at the end, then leave them... should be factory gapped at .031". good start. if you wanna go lower (higher boost levels or its blowin out spark) go down to .028-.025"...

Im pretty sure the bkr7e's are only one step colder. the 8's are two steps.
