how much does it cost to build a turbo setup for a z6? how much does a z6 and turbo cost? how much does a built z6 and race turbo setup cost?
And why is this in engine management?

you forgot the headlight fluid recycling fees, knutson valve refinishing costs, and the cost for the GM muffler bearing syncromesh.
