I have a B18 ls block with b16 head vtec with a t3/t4 turbo it did not come with a fuel rail can I use a stock fuel rail and stock fuel pressure reg with this set up I have 550 fuel injectors and am running 12 psi. what about the fuel pump stock or aftermarket?

Personally, Id slam a stock rail and FPR on it. Replace the stock pump, and rock the 550's.
Assuming its not going to be some freak setup, you should be just fine in the fueling dept.
