aem fuel rail ( stupid question)
i know its stupid but expereance from someone that has had it.. would be better then guessing. But is it worth the money? and what else would i need to get besides just the fuel rail to make it work. also will my stock injectors work on it?
Depends on how much you are gonna pay and your purpose for it. It has an extra port to mount a fuel pressure gauge which is nice and it looks pretty. So it does have some funtionality to it. I like mine. You shouldn't need anything else and your stock injectors will work.
ummmm, yeah. I'm assuming you are talking about 10 psi of boost. Of course it will handle it. A stock fuel rail will handle it. Why are you considering buying a new fuel rail? Because you think you need it to boost your car? What does the fuel rail have to do with boost?
beacouse i'm geting a aftermarket manifold probaly aebs and i'm not that much of a car nut.. and this is all new to me as i go. and with a biger tb and manifold. i figured i would need a better flow of fuel.
Get the better flow of fuel by tuning your fuel maps. Aftermarket fuel rails are for larger volume to the injecors.
You'r enot going to meke enough horsepower to _need_ a fuel rail, but if you _want_ one, buy it. Treat yourself. :P
