Questions about chipping Integra ECU for boost

I have a 00 Integra GSR with the Drag 3 turbo kit, blox intake manifold,AEM fuel rail, 450cc injectors, MSD ignition wires, Tial wastgate, and some other random parts. I don't have the extra cash for the Hondata s200 yet and I'm havin a hell of a time finding someone I trust in Omaha,NE to chip my ecu for me. Any recommendations on who to talk to/where to go to get this done, or any other tips or suggestions? All the help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

You're gonna need an OBD1 ecu and an adapter harness first, reguardless if you are going to use the S200.

The ecu needs chipped as well.

have xenocron chip it he does good work and if there is a prob he will help you as much as possible to get it fixed...also its only 75$ to get it chipped with 2 base maps...
