Fuel Question
I put a b16sir1 in my vtec-e eg and everything works but wont rev up past 2k rpm unless i spray some in the intake mani, kinda like fuel cut any suggestions? (tried inejectors, fuel rail, fuel line)
The VX wiring harnesses are alien to the rest of the 92-95 stuff. I told you this.
The path of least resistance is to use the VX engine harness on the B16, and THEN modify it so the wiring is correct. I even told you what your big problems were, but that you needed to sit down with VX + regular Civic ECU pinouts and verify for yourself the rest.
I told you what I knew, based on having to TOTALLY repin a VX engine harness to fit a $9000 2.1 liter ITR longblock in a 93 DX hatch/main harness AFTER DARK in 30 deg F FREEZING ------- COLD so the car owner could try to make it to a dyno appointment so his car could appear in a magazine writeup for HCI on how to build a nasty 250+ whp NA Honduh street engine ala Brad Z of RLZ. WHY was I doing this? Not to rub your nose in anything, but when the job needs to be done and no one else is man enough to do it, people call me because I ain't no sippin' tea.
You were told this before you did the swap from your wrecked CRX, you were asked to give specific details about what you had and hadn't done when you had problems, and that was too damn hard for you to do so you've made - what? Three or four threads about just this subject? Even if I could help you, which I can't because you won't tell us anything about anything, I don't think you could do what I instruct you to do correctly.
Now, one last time. GIVE US COMPLETE DETAILS ON WTF YOU HAVE DONE. Every part, every detail, anything stupid you can think of that doesn't seem like it matters. Spend two full hours typing it, thinking about it, editing your text for readability. Then go take some pictures, and post them up. Be prepared to spend another two hours tomorrow answering my detailed questions about what else I need to know. I can help you, but YOU HAVE TO HELP ME.
Post everything to this thread, ignore anything anyone else tells you on any other forum, and do what I say. I will fix your car.
