Default afc "hack" with fuel reg. and fuel pump

i need some help. i have a v-afc and 450cc injectors, i know how to make them work together but my friend says that i should use a fuel pressure regulator and an aftermarked fuel pump. otherwise im gonna have issues with fuel delivery, it's that right?

The regulator is not 100% necessary, but the pump is IMO. You don't want your stock high mileage pump giving out at 10psi/6500rpm.

Hey it looks like we have another Rafael on the board....am I right?

Oh and you dont have to get an aftermarket one.A new stock on should be ok if your car has high milage.

I have never priced an OEM fuel pump, but I bet for the same price you could get a 255 Walbro. Those things are selling for so cheap nowadays.

I'd also say that you don't need new pump.... stock is good for 440cc injectors...
