if there's no CEL, and you're running that bin. assuming the ecu functions properly, id say try the map sensor first...kinda odd.

alright, well we were drivin it around earlier, and it was drivin fine every once in awhile. but now the cutout is really erratic, and happens all over the place. almost like the ftl functions are on, and keep moving around.

chris I disconnected the battery today, and let it sit while I was fabbing the scoupe for my inercooler, after I hooked everything back up it ran fine and went up to redline under load, Heres what I think happened when I was putting the pannel back over my switch on my mad tyte relocation the socket wrench hit the switch and sparked. I think that this sent a signal to the ecu to go into limp mode because it thought there was a short in the charging system. After letting it sit and getting rid of the codes it runs great. Now all I need is a bigger turbo.

Mad rare JDM mechanical skills. Unplugging the ECU is one of the standard procedures for troubleshooting ECU problems.

No ---- cray, I've realized that most people forget the simplest things when fiquring out whats wrong with a car. Plus I did'nt think of this at first because the batter was unhooked from the ecu for days before installing the chip.
