Default found solution,please close

i just did a b16a swap on my 89 dx i did the vtec wiring and the injector wiring but i have no spark to my distributor,anyone has ideas to get spark to the distributor? much help would be appreciated PLEASE!!!!!!!

Take off you cap and see if you have spark coming out of the coil. My guess would be igniter, coil or more than likely bad wiring at the distributor.

it could be but another i wanted to know is would there be a difference if i had the b16a distributor that came with the engine or use the si ?

i have the b16a with the original distributor it came with but i do have the si distributor laying around?

i found what my problem was....the b16a harness that was said to plug and play really wasn't i re-installed the dx harness and walla,it started!!!!!
