Default which ecu to use?

i have a d16y8 (sohc vtec, obd2, ecu code P2P)

my question is whats a good ecu to use if i want to switch to obd1?

i plan on chipping it and using uberdata. so does it really matter which obd1 ecu i use?

thanks

P28 is the OBD 1 counterpart of the P2P
P06 can be converted and used as a VTEC ECU
P30 is very hard to find but has knock and is very expencive. orignally used for a b16a2/3

P06 is dime a dozen and very cheap. To convert wouldn't be that hard.

alright so i can use a p06? cool 'cause p28's seem to be a little expensive.

P06 can be converted and used as a VTEC ECU
when you say "converted" what would need to be done that i wouldn't need to do to an p28?
