aaron, make sure you're running power TO the resistor box.
the 4 similar colours off the injectors are the +, the colour go back to the ecu at - to trigger the fire.
you have to "resist" the voltage on the same colour wires @ the injectors. but in order to do that the box needs to get 12v one end and output 5v the other end.

did you test the injectors to make sure they weren't stuck? take a 9volt batt and make some wire leads from it and tap them on and off the leads for the injectors to make sure they are moving...it may take a few times since they sometimes get stuck from sitting too long.
