Default d15b7 to d16z6... question?

well im selling my dx hatch and buying a ex coupe, taking all the turbo stuff off the hatch..

my question is, with the tuing, with my SAFC that i have in the dx work fine in the ex with vtec?

im thinking it will, i just wont be able to control vtec engagement.. is this correct?

any help is appriciated

You're using the AFC hack for engine management? Nothing against your setup if you are but why not upgrade to something like Uberdata/Crome while you have to retune anyway.

I would retune it. You aren't guaranteed to be safe running the same tune you did on your old engine. The tune probably wouldn't change very much, but I still wouldn't run settings that are tuned for one motor on a completely different one.
