chipping questions

1- i heard that the caple which connect between the nokia mobile and the pc can be use to connect the ecu. is that right ?
and if that right how to connect it.

2- when i try to adjust the air/fuel ratio in the crome . when i type 14.70 . it type 14.22. why that ?

Walter, did you register a new name

#1 - Yes, very carefully...you must know the pinout of the cable, connect Ground, TX and RX

and if i have a question about anything , i will ask to here without embarrasses

for that ive bought some books about it and more ---- , for to have not to ask somethings about it and more.. but..like i said above , if i have some question, ill do it ..
