doesn't anyone already have a program that they are running in their car? Thats really what im looking for.

 

Basically, everyone is being kind to you. BY not giving you a "chip" they are preventing you from blowing your ---- up.

Find someone that is willing to tune your OBD0 setup. They will/should be able to provide a basemap for moving the vehicle ONLY, no boost, etc to a dyno to be tuned or street tuned.

A basemap is just asking for trouble.

 

xenocron has a good bin depository on his site..theres a bin for a b16 turbo under the BRE listing...posted by a fellow HMT member if im not mistaken as well...thats the basemap i personally used to get mine going and tuned..i'd d/l that and spend 45-50 bux on a burner...burn it to a chip..then get someone to tune it!! 10 bux and i can mail you the bin on a chip for you..AS a basemap..
