Why not utilize the tables that are there?

que?

vtec side table with a simple set up doesnt need ignition changes. I have yet to see any real power gains advancing timing with such simple all motor builds. if anything the opposite has been true

Sure...if you think you need more resolution...all you need to do is DOUBLE CLICK the row heading and type in a new number and hit enter. Just go down the row...

You dont really need to honestly as these guys pointed out, but you can if you wish to.

the extra resoulution seems nice if your using low cam maps only on a non vtec motor usung a p72 map. i tried it but felt it wasnt worth the hassle as now the rpm points are going to be all difference on your timing map too. this would completely skew your timing tables.

most of my fuel values seem to be pretty flat above 6k rpm anyway so by all means try it but make sure you know what your doing. for me it seemed pointless.

yeah, I can get it to highlight, and I can input a #...but it wont change.

you mean it will change back right when you click off? i had that happen to me. i forget how to fix it, there was just a certain way i had to put in the numbers to get them to stay. maybe like try to change it to 0 first then go and try and change it again? i don't remeber for sure. i know the most recent version of crome free doesn't have this prob tho.
