Default car is running lean on its current TE steet tuned map, can i just turn up FPR

I got my car street tuned in the summer for the sole reason of getting it to pass emissions. It passed with flying colors but i believe its running a bit lean.

I checked the plugs and they were butt white. Sometimes it hesitates in low RPM. the high flow cat is heatin up and stinkin'.

Can i just turn up the FP on the FPR. im running a b&m fpr.

I want to take off the cat and run open DP for the track tomorrow but im afraid it will run too lean.
