can i chip this?

a have this damn pm5 ecu layin round my house can i chip this thing or should i trash can it?

thats what i figured thanks! now what about a pg7? i thought that i read one time that it was possible with a certain year or something? i could be wrong but its not listed in the faq so im still wondering..

Its not listed as one of the OBD0 ECUs that has an external eprom chip. All fuel and timing data is stored on the processor.

It can still be chipped though. The "How-To" is in the FAQ.
