Default Can all 92-95 Civic non-VTEC ECUs be converted to VTEC?

it says 94-95 and list certian board numbers. do 92-93 not work and are these all the boards there are or are some boards not convertable

http://www.pgmfi.org/twiki/bin/view/...onVtec-To-Vtec

In most cases, it is relatively simple to convert non-vtec ECUs to Vtec. The same PCB was used in several ECUs, with components added or left off as needed. Look for a part number like "02D011F0-1500" which was used in many 94-95 Civic ECUs. In many cases, you might need to look at One Wire To4 Wire O2 Sensor or Auto To Manual as well.

Conversion for 02 D01720-1500 boards

Conversion for 02 D011 F0-1500 boards

Conversion for 02 D01980-1500 boards

---------------------------------------------------

on a side not what is different from sohc and dohc ecus' or what is required to convert sohc ecu to dohc?
-components for knock monitoring?
-for secondary runner?

it's all covered on the wiki.
Adding the knock monitoring components probably isn't a viable solution at this point, but disabling the knock sensor in the ROMs is relatively easy at this point.
Adding IAB control is covered on the wiki.
