ok ok ok... wait a second. Personally i have never looked into a ghettodyne. But I have a question. If the chip is programmed to ignore the MAP sensor then how does the chip know what fuel curves to use? What is telling the chip what boost levels are

Reread this thread. Where does it suggest the MAP sensor is ignored?

actually, I said that, but directly after I said "I think what it really does, is it cuts the voltage (like the AFC)..."

so,, oops. Sorry If I mislead anybody with saying that..

so just so im clear u got a pm6 with the george hack and 450 cc injectors for engine management and notin else?? does it retard the timing and kill the cell or does it also increaase fuel pressures with boost? Do u still have to run ressistors on the injectors with the george hack bin?

would help if yould clear things up, thanks man

If you have a car running a PM6 ECU now, all you need are 450cc injectors, the chip being talked about, AND SOME WAY OF TUNING IT. I suggest either an AFC or a chip burner, an edition of Ghettodyne will be out soon supporting it from what little elves tell me so a chip burner would not only be cheaper, it might be a lot better.

If you don't have a car running a PM6 ECU, you need to ask yourself what a car with a PM6 has that yours doesn't, and that answers all your other Q's.

well the car im running is a 91 rex si with a pm6 the only real question i got is does this file support just my timing/spark needs or does it also increase my fuel pressure as the map reads higer boost. I just basicly just want to know if u guies are running fmu's etc. or not? Sorry if this is a stupid quesion im new to hondas

the chipped ecu wont control fuel pressure.

the chip's long arms reach out to those lonely 450cc injectors knowing their needs,.. feeling the power... the chip decides it's time to control them.

The chipped ECU also reluctantly controls your ignition. It would rather vacation in the Bahamas, but alas...
