"Boost Chip"?

There are modified ROMs that manipulate positive manifold pressure in different ways.

One is an internal MAP sensor value scaling (OBD0). Another hooks the MAP sensor value, and redirects the code to a second set of tables based on that pressure value (OBD1). Another one ues a rewritten 16-bit math routine written into a modified interpolation routine (OBD1).

All are designed for 450cc injectors, some you can scale for different sizes. No need for an AFC with any of them..

I think I know what your asking and yes chipping your own ECU works well. If your obd0 then check out turbo edit and if your obd1 check out uberdata.
