Best engine managment

i am new here i have been reading the topics and there seems to be problems with all these hacks. I was looking into boosting my 95 teg and i was wondering what the best engine management would be for it..

The BEST would probably be Hondata. You said the best so I'm assuming you have the $$$ to buy it. Alot of guy's here run the AFC hack with no problems. It's all in how you tune it.
