All of a sudden throwing 2 codes. Code 20 Electrical Load Detection and Code 21
I had a funky electrical problem similar to that. Try unplugging your coolant temp sensor. Fixed my weird problem (put in a new one)
then check ALL of your engine, ECU and chassis grounds

Well my car's running fine now with the plugs gapped and replaced. It's just rich from the tune. So I don't think that my car screwed it up, it might have but I'm not having anymore problems. I hope it didn't ---- something up for you.
Yea i don't know what the heck went wrong with my ecu
. Its definintly my ecu guys. I stuck my chip in my buddy's ecu today and put that in my car and it ran great. So any idea what part is shorted out in my ecu? I really don't want to have to buy another one

look for any blow capacitors or transistors. sniff around. also, figure out which pin is the vtec solenoid output, and trace it around, see if you can find any blow traces or parts.
